Extract Ventilation
This DMEV (decentralised mechanical extract ventilation) was installed in a property in Barrow to upgrade the ventilation system along with the installation of loft and internal wall insulation to help prevent issues such as damp, mould and, condensation.
IWI Step 1
This is the first stage of a recent internal wall insulation (IWI) installation completed in Bacup. Here you can see the insulation backed timber battens ready for step 2.

Here is the second stage of the internal wall insulation (IWI) installation. Here you can see the insulation installed between the battens, already keeping the room that little bit warmer!

This is the vapour layer installed at a recent Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) installation. The vapour layer is installed to help prevent issues such as damp, mould, and condensation.

Plaster boards installed over the vapour layer of the Bacup internal wall insulation (IWI) installation, almost ready for the skim finish.
