Nico Property Solutions is a trading name of New Vanguard Consultants ltd. for the installation arm of our business. New Vanguard Consultants Ltd. is where it all began. At NVC we use our knowledge, skills and almost 35 years worth of experience within the ECO industry to help installation companies get their projects from lead generation, to Retrofit Assessment, Retrofit Coordination and even submission to the funders.
We have a team of experienced Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and ECO Specialists to help you get from installation to payment, as quickly as possible. If you are a new installation company and you are looking to get your PAS, we can also help guide you through this process too.

Retrofit Assessments
Our team of experienced retrofit assessors can help you with all your assessment requirements. With a quick turnaround, we can get your project from assessment to 'Awaiting Install' with your coordinator in a matter of days.
Retrofit Coordination
We have a number of experienced retrofit coordinators on hand, accredited with both ECMK and Elmhurst, for all your coordination needs, from Path A installs through to Path C. We also work closely with a chartered surveyor for any projects requiring a chartered surveyor to sign off.
Energy Performance Certificates
Some installers are now offering updated Energy Performance Certificates to their customers as part of the retrofit process to help landlords and homeowners keep their EPC ratings accurate and up-to-date. Contact us if this is a service you require.
Project Submissions
If you are a small installer without the need for a full-time in-house submission team or a larger installer who needs help submitting the volume of projects you install, we can help. We have a number of trained Eco Submissions specialists who can help you get each project to your funder for payment as quickly as possible.
Consultancy
If you are a new or established installer, we offer various consultancy packages to suit your requirements for all things ECO-related, from helping to get you onboard with new funders to advising on ECO projects to obtaining your PAS for the first time.
